The rate at which your heart is beating when it is working its hardest to meet your body's oxygen needs is your maximum heart rate.
Common Estimation:Maximum Heart Rate = 220-Age. (From Harvard Medicine School)


Your HR Zone

Heart Rate Zone is a percentage of your Maximum Heart Rate. Everybody is different because of different age and sex. Your individual Heart Rate Zones are calculated as follows:

Anaerobic(90%-100%)

Easy to get injured, need to strictly control the exercise time of this zone

Cardio training(70%-90%)

For speed, physical fitness and lung function improvement, need to proper control the exercise time of this zone

Fat burning(60%-70%)

Help with fat burning and cardiovascular regulation

Warm up(50%-60%)

For building basic physical strength or warming up

Resting(Below 50%)

Not exercising
