Also, move visibility stuff from onResume to onCreate (they are only affected
by preferences, i.e. onCreate will always be run since the preferences button
is only in our main activity).

* Get rid of getAppsBasic(boolean)
* Use FDroidApp to read apps from UpdateService
  - Don't read the SQL tables twice if updating manually
  - Use two app lists, not three
* Notify regardless of the previous updates count

017811fb92 Use UIL, don't do caching on our own. 
Advantages:

* Initial setup time for icons is zero
* We don't have to deal with it ourselves
* We can use the default package icon while we load
